一、 學費優惠

1.     舊生於5月13日前繳清2026夏季班/暑期短期班（I 或II）的正式生課程學費，享有學費95折優惠(5% off)。

2.     本校學位生於5月13日前繳清2026夏季班或2026暑期短期班（I 或II）的學費，享有以下學費優惠:

2.1夏季班小班正式生（每週10小時小班綜合語言課+ 5小時選修課; 10週課程）:學費8折優惠(20% off)。

2.2  夏季班小班非正式生（每週10小時小班綜合語言課; 10週課程）: 學費9折優惠(10% off)。

2.3暑期短期班（I 或 II）小班正式生（每週10小時小班綜合語言課+ 5小時選修課; 5週課程）:　學費8折優惠（20% off）。

四、繳費期限

1. 2026年5月13日

2. CLC將於學生繳完相關費用後寄出課表。學生必須繳完學費後才可進行選課及上課。

 

五、學生證（內含門禁卡功能）

1.     請妥善保存此門禁卡，若不小心遺失或人為損壞，須另支付重製費用TWD 150元。

2.     繳完2026夏季班/暑期短期班（I或II）學費後，請拿收據與CLC學生證至辦公室於CLC學生證背面蓋註冊章

3.     續讀2026夏季班/暑期短期班I的正式生於2026春季班結束至2026夏季班/暑期短期班I開始之前的假期間仍可使用學生證的圖書館門禁（含借書）功能。

4.     若有於國立成功大學圖書館借閱書籍，請記得於季班結束以前，將借閱的書籍歸還至圖書館。

 

六、課表及行事曆

 

■ 夏季班/暑期短期班I：將在6月3日寄至您的電子信箱。

■ 暑期短期班II：將在7月8日寄至您的電子信箱。

七、2026年春季班成績單

繼續就讀下一個季班的學生，可以在季班開始上課的第一個禮拜收到春季班成績單。不續讀下一個季班的學生請填寫下面的Google表單，提供姓名、郵件地址等資訊以便我們寄送 您的紙本成績單。成績單將在春季班結束後三個禮拜統一以紙本形式寄出。

八、簽證/居留證

外國人逾期停留或居留者處罰金額為TWD 10,000 ~ TWD 50,000。請留意簽證/居留證的期限，如需延長簽證/居留證，請自行準備相關資料並到辦公室申請「在學證明」及「出席證明」。您必須以線上的方式進行居留證申請或延長。

九、跳級考、留級與降級

1. 若想於下一季班跳級，請於2026春季班期末考後一週內向CLC辦公室申請並完成跳級考試。

2. 若想於2026夏季班留原級或降級，請於2026春季班課程最後一日結束前與小班老師討論後向CLC辦公室提出。

The courses in 2026 Summer Short-Term Session I cover the first half of the 2026 Summer Quarter curriculum, while Session II covers the second half.

A. Tuition Discount

1. Continuing and Returning Full-time Students who pay the tuition fees before May 13 will get a 5% discount on the tuition in 2026 Summer Quarter & 2026 Summer Short-Term Session (I or II).

2. NCKU degree students who pay the tuition fee before May 13 will enjoy the following discounts.

2.1 20% discount on the tuition if they register as 2026 Summer Quarter Full-time Students of Small Group Classes (10-hour small group comprehensive language courses + 5-hour elective classes; 10 weeks).

2.2 10% discount on the tuition if they register as 2026 Summer Quarter Part-time students of Small Group Classes (10-hour small group comprehensive language courses; 10 weeks).

2.3 20% discount on the tuition if they register for 2026 Summer Short-Term Session (I or II) (10-hour small group comprehensive language courses + 5-hour elective classes; 5 weeks).

D. Payment Deadline

■ May 13, 2026

■ CLC will send the class schedule after the student completes the payment. Students must pay the tuition before selecting courses or attending the class.

 

E. CLC Student Card（Including Access Control Function）

1.     Please keep this card properly. If you lose or accidentally damage it, you will need to pay TWD 150 for a new one.

2.     After paying the tuition for the 2026 Summer Quarter/Summer Short-Term Session, please bring your receipt and CLC student card to the CLC office to receive the registration stamp on the back of your card.

3.     Full-time students who continue to study for 2026 Summer Quarter/Summer Short-Term Session I can use the library access function (including borrowing books) during the quarter break before the 2026 Summer Quarter/Summer Short-Term Session I begins.

4.     Please return all borrowed books to the NCKU library before the end of this Quarter.

 

F. Class schedule

■ 2026 Summer Quarter & Summer Short-Term Session I:

Class schedule will be emailed to you on Jun. 3. If you do not receive the course information after 5 p.m. on that day, please email z10707015@email.ncku.edu.tw to inquire.

 

■ 2026 Summer Short-Term Session II:

Class schedule will be emailed to you on Jul. 8. If you do not receive the course information after 5 p.m. on that day, please email to z10707015@email.ncku.edu.tw to request.

 

G. Transcript

For students who will continue studying in 2026 Summer Quarter/Summer Short-Term Session, the transcript of 2026 Spring Quarter will be given on the first week of the 2026 Summer Quarter/Summer Short-Term Session; for those who do not plan to continue studying, please provide us your name and address via Google form. Your transcript will be sent by post 3 weeks after the Spring Quarter ends.

H. Visa/ARC

Foreigners who overstay their visa or ARC will be fined TWD 10,000 ~ TWD 50,000. Please pay attention to your visa/ARC expiration date. If you need “Enrollment Certificate“ and “Attendance Record” to extend your visa, please come to NCKU CLC office in person to apply for an “Enrollment Certificate” and “Attendance Record”. Please note that ARC application or extension must be completed online.

I. Skip a level, repeat the same level or move down to a lower level in the next quarter

1. If you would like to skip a level in the next quarter, please apply and join the skip-a-level test within one week after the final exam of this quarter.

 

2. If you wish to repeat the same level or move down to a lower level in the 2026 Summer Quarter, please discuss this with your small group class teacher and submit your request to the CLC office before the last day of classes in the 2026 Spring Quarter.

🎟️ 參賽資格 | Qualification：限NCKU CLC 2026春季班在學學生 NCKU CLC 2026 Spring Quarter currently enrolled students only

🎵 比賽組別 | Categories：

• 個人組 Individual
• 團體組 Group （至少2人 at least 2 people）

🎁 完賽禮品 | Finisher Gift：報名且完賽者可獲得CLC T-shirt 一件 The finisher can get a CLC T-shirt

🔥 比賽規則 | Rules of Competition：

1. 比賽隊伍以22隊(兩組總和)為參賽上限，額滿或報名時間結束後就不再受理報名。The maximum capacity of the competition is 22 teams (the sum of two categories). The registration will not be accepted once the quota is full or the registration period is finished.
2. 可以同時參加個人或團體組別，但每個組別只能報名一組。You can sign up for both categories in the same time, yet you can only participate in 1 team per time.
3. 每組演唱歌曲1首，演唱前必須先以中文介紹歌曲，團體組至少需2人介紹歌曲及唱歌。One song for each group. The contestants need to introduce the song in Chinese before start singing. In Group Category, at least 2 members must introduce the song and sing.
4. 每組比賽時間為7分鐘，含歌曲介紹及演唱時間。每超過1分鐘，扣總成績3分。Each group will have 7 minutes to present, including the introduction and singing. If you exceed time, 3 points will be deducted from the total score per minute.
5. 參賽歌曲可選擇 100% 國語歌、100% 台語歌或國台語混合歌曲；歌曲裡如果有Rap(國語或台語)也一定要唱，不可以省略 。The song options include 100% Chinese songs, 100% Taiwanese songs, or a mix of both. The RAP parts need to be sung if any.

⏹︎  報名提醒 Reminders：

請填寫線上報名表，並在報名結束前上傳以下所有資料。全部資料都須上傳完成才算報名成功。 Please fill in the online registration form and upload all documents/files needed within the registration period. Registration will be invalid if any document/file is missing.

1. 參賽歌曲的歌詞 Lyrics of the song
2. 參賽歌曲的音檔（KTV版或去人聲版本）Karaoke or Instrumental Version of the song

如果您找不到KTV或是去人聲版本的音檔，請換歌。現場演奏樂器或是清唱，不需要上傳音檔。你可以自行作詞作曲，但同樣需在報名截止前上傳歌詞和音檔。

If you cannot find the Karaoke or Instrumental Version, please use another song. Music files will not be required if you are doing a live accompaniment or a cappella. You can make your own song, yet the lyrics and music files need to be upload by the deadline.

4/9 (四)17:00前請跟辦公室確認有沒有收到你的資料。如果檔案太大可以拿USB到辦公室。
